No doubt about it, one of the best things about going to the boat show, is seeing or being introduced to new products or ideas that can help us enjoy or become more productive in our fishing. I am going to try and highlight a few things you might find of intrest at this year's show over the next week here in this mini series.
THE STRIKE KING PRO MODEL CRANKBAIT SERIES
SERIES 1XS 1/4 OZ DIVES 6 INCHES TO 18 INCHES
SEXY SUNFISH
Designed for extra shallow conditions and spooky fish, the Series 1XS adds to the versatility of the STRIKE KING crankbait lineup. The lightweight bait with a medium wobble casts extremely well for its size. A small shallow diver with high buoyancy, the Series 1 is designed to be thrown around heavy cover. The square lip design causes massive deflection to trigger strikes.
SERIES 3 1/4 OZ DIVES TO 8 FEET
A small bodied deep diver, the Series 3 is designed to enhance castability, thus reaching maximum depths. One of the most popular crankbaits on the market.
SERIES 4S 3/8 OZ DIVES FROM 2 TO 4 FT
The Series 4S features the same badoy design as the popular Series 4 but is designed for shallow applications. It crawls through all types of thick shallow cover with its unique wide wobble design and square bill. The shallow cover laden stained water domain of the spinnerbait angler can now be conquered by our Series 4S.
SERIES 4 3/8 OZ DIVES FROM 6 TO 9 FEET
A medium-sized crankbait with a wider wobble and an oversized bill to deflect off cover. The Series 4 is great fro medium depth heavy cover applications of dirty water.
SERIES 5 1/2 OZ DIVES FROM 10 TO 13 FEET
A medium-sized body with a heavy wobble and medium buoyancy. The Series 5 has a 2 degree diving plane to allow for lengthened casts and deeper depths. The "Go-T0" crankbait for many Touring Pros.
SERIES 6 3/4 OZ DIVES TO 15 FEET
A large deep diver with a "Zero" degree diving plane, the Series 6 is designed to cast extreme distances. Systematic flat areas are incorporated to send out larger shock waves-important at the depths to which this bait dives. Medium buoyancy.
